Order Protection

To file a claim: Contact us at sales@cuttingedgeturquoise.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

  • Lost packages: Please wait at least 15 days from your ship date before contacting us, as USPS requires this waiting period before a package is considered lost. Claims must be submitted within 60 days of the ship date.
  • Damaged packages: Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos of the damaged item and packaging. Claims must be submitted within 60 days of the ship date.

We will review your claim and respond within 2-3 business days.

Not covered: Delays in transit, customs holds, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
